Delivery Policy:

At meelmedicose.com, it is our constant endeavour to provide best service to our customers and hence we assure customer the best delivery service. We provide the following delivery options:

1. Store pick up: order will be shipped to the store selected by the customer and customer has to pick up the order from the respective store.
2. Community Delivery: order will be delivered at the respective community drop off point communicated at the time of placing an order. It is the responsibility of the customer to pick the order from designated point.
3. Home / Doorstep Delivery: order will be delivered directly to the customer at the address indicated.

For all of the above options, promised delivery time will be displayed while placing the order. We strive to deliver all the orders within this promised time, but in case of any inadvertent delays we will keep the customer informed.

Complaint Policy:

At Meelmedicose.com, it is our constant endeavour to provide best service to our customers. However, if the customer is not satisfied with the service provided or requires any help, the customer can register their complaint by one of the following means:

• Reporting an issue against their order in their order history on www.meelmedicose.com

Once the complaint is registered, customer will receive an acknowledgement from us within 48 hours and we'll try to address the complaint as early as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date of complaint.
